創業是一門藝術，就像畫畫一樣，每個人都能畫，但是不是每個人都能畫得好，能夠稱得上大師的只有那麼幾個。現實生活中很多人是看著創業成功者頭頂上巨大光環而走上創業之路的，而不從自己實際情況出發，哪怕自己根本不具備創業者的素質。

大學生創業成功率究竟是多少？現在社會上說法不一，創業最高的有10%、最低的更是達到了0.01%。根據廣東省團委公佈的數據；廣東大學生創業成功率是1%，全國大學生創業成功率最高地區的是浙江也只有4%，全國的平均水平在2%左右，而在歐洲和美國大學生創業成功率是20%。加盟很明顯中國大學生創業成功率大大低於歐美平均水平。為什麼中國會有那麼多的創業大學生走不到成功的終點，半路殺手真的對大學生創業者有那麼大的考驗。對於這個問題我們需要從實際出發、聯繫客觀事例、綜合各方面因素、全面系統地分析出其中存在的問題。

其他幾個產區的水仙商品球質量較為穩定。花店上海崇明百葉水仙花專業合作社是全國唯一採用設施生產種球的產區，負責人施克松說，曾經有一個階段崇明水仙種球總長不大，經過品種調整後，加上設施栽培，使得種球在上海地區2月前後的低溫時期，仍能在比較適宜的溫度下生長，最終採收的種球質量明顯提升，原先一個球出兩三箭花，現在能達到7箭以上，而且花香濃郁。平潭地處海洋性氣候區域，該縣水仙花開發總公司負責人林默愛表示，當地地理環境適合水仙球培育，產品質量較有保障，今年水仙商品球的質量也不錯。
以備10月起開始銷售。對福建漳州和平潭、浙江舟山、上海崇明等產地進行調查，發現今年水仙商品球總量明顯減少，尤其是主產地漳州，出現了商品球量減、特級球比例下降的現象。同時，由於成本上漲，各等級商品球價格均有所提升。
福建漳州水仙商品球產量依然佔據全國的霸主地位。 7月中旬，漳州市水仙花協會在水仙主產區九湖鎮召開了2011年水仙營銷定價會，對今年漳州水仙的產量、質量進行了統計。會長張有江告訴，今年漳州的水仙商品球總量估計有2000多萬粒，花店相比去年3000多萬粒的產量明顯減少。造成減產的主要原因是生產成本逐年上漲，水仙產出效益低下，挫傷了農戶的積極性，越來越多的農戶退出了水仙生產。
至於商品球質量，各地反應不一。漳州地區特級球比例減少，張有江表示，去年秋季下種時，產區九湖鎮遭遇大雨推遲了種植，今年春季，當地又遇到干旱，自然條件促使露地栽種的水仙球質量總體比去年下滑，二級以下的商品球比例上升。
跟往年一樣，漳州在統計了水仙商品球的產量和質量後，結合市場走勢，按等級制定了今年水仙商品球的標準售價。考慮到這幾年市場銷售順暢、今年產量下降、生產成本明顯增加等因素，今年當地水仙商品球整體價格比去年有20%左右的漲幅。其中，25.5厘米以上的特級球定價從12元上揚到15元，24厘米至25.5厘米的一級球價格從8元上揚到10元，22厘米至24厘米的二級球定價從3.5元上揚到5元。
福建平潭、浙江舟山、上海崇明三地今年水仙產量基本穩定，平潭、崇明的商品球產量均為100多萬粒，舟山的商品球產量為50多萬粒。其中，上海崇明和浙江舟山以生產重瓣水仙為主。花店舟山普陀區桃花島水仙花合作社是當地水仙種植戶組建起來的，理事長張斌耀說，以前舟山的水仙球小，賣不上價格，前兩年培育出了'普陀觀音水仙'，因為重瓣而頗具市場競爭力，到今年，品種基本都調整過來了。花店崇明百葉水仙花專業合作社負責人施克松告訴，目前崇明已有95%的水仙是重瓣的。

“找工作不順，所以一直住在求職旅社里，猶如還在上大學一樣。 ”一名網友在一家求職旅社的入住評論中寫道。眼下又到大學生求職的高峰期，證照“求職旅社”這一新生業態也在寸土寸金的大城市中逐漸發展起來。
幾十元一晚的價格，相同經歷的朋友……求職旅社與普通的青年旅社顯然有所不同。為了解開疑惑，記者日前走訪了多家求職旅社。
　　　求職功能不明顯
雖然被眾多年輕人視為踏入社會的臨時過渡“窩”，兼職工作但求職旅社的定位仍有些模糊不清。曾在上海一家求職旅社居住過近半年的吳宜航就認為，除了價格上的優勢，旅社並沒有很好體現出它所宣傳的求職功能。
一些求職旅社聲稱為學生打造提供職位信息、幫助學生就業的諮詢平台，直接為求職者與企業搭建溝通平台。但不少求職學生在入住後，並沒有享受到旅社所提供的求職幫助。吳宜航坦言，“除了性價比和環境外，在家工作沒有感覺求職旅社與一般青年旅社有什麼太大的區別，沒指望通過這裡來找工作。 ”
房間似“升級版”寢室
入口處僅有一個毫不起眼的黃色招牌，沿著指示牌穿過昏暗的樓梯打工到達老式建築的三樓，記者來到了一家外灘周邊的求職旅社。旅社有4—8人間等多種房型，房間內部的構造與大學寢室十分類似，上下舖的床位以及書桌整齊排列，兼差但房間面積比寢室稍大，還有空調和電視機等配套設施。每個房間內也有獨立的衛生間。工作人員會定期打掃房間和整理床鋪。
　　幾十元一晚性價比較高
求職旅社地理位置往往是在寫字樓雲集的商務圈周邊，距離公交、地鐵站很近，方便求職者出行和生活。
“雖然簡陋但很實惠！ ”不少已在旅社居住了一段時間的學生都這樣認為。在職進修基本上，12人間的床位價格最低為20元/晚，另外還有10人間、8人間、6人間、4人間和包房間可選，多人間的床位價格最高不過60元/晚找工作包房間140元/晚—170元/晚的價格也比許多經濟型酒店便宜。
濃厚的學習及求職氛圍也是許多年輕畢業生選擇求職旅社的理由。今年6月即將畢業的張彥知在2月份就離開了學校宿舍，搬到求職旅社居住至今。 “我們學校在郊區，來回一趟路上太浪費時間。於是我決定搬到這裡專心找工作。這裡的學習氣氛很濃，大家都在為了理想而打拼，我們總是互相鼓勵。 ”
